Enza Belperio is the Sales Trust Administrator at Lin Andrews Real Estate, providing vital administrative support to the Sales and Leasing team. She is responsible for overseeing trust administration for both commercial and residential transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance and smooth processing from start to settlement.

Known for her proactive and team-focused approach, she takes pride in supporting colleagues to perform at their best and contributing to consistently high standards of customer service for clients. She is always willing to go above and beyond to ensure processes run efficiently and outcomes are achieved.

Having been part of the Lin Andrews Real Estate team since 2013, she brings close to a decade of experience and in-depth knowledge to her role. In recognition of her dedication and outstanding contribution to the business, she was awarded the Award of Merit for Outstanding Service in July 2022.
